Contemporary Cultural Processes: Events
In tandem with initiatives in the other thematic areas of CEELBAS, a number of seminars, workshops, series and single-speaker events have taken place or are in planning for the academic year 2007-08. These are interdisciplinary in character, and touch on different aspects of culture in Eastern Europe.
Forthcoming events:
These events are open to all and free of charge to attend. Registration not necessary. For further information, please contact Robert Pyrah
Other events in planning include collaborative seminars with other CEELBAS postdoctoral fellows, particularly on foreign and on social policy themes. Given the remit of this particular strand, the intention is also to involve cultural practitioners within the academic framework of CEELBAS. Other events under active consideration include theatre performances and literary readings.
