As part of the British Council ENSPIRE project to promote the strategic partnership between the University of Birmingham and the Kazakh-British Technical University, a new beginners-level Kazakh language course will be launched at the Centre for Russian and East European Studies, University of Birmingham, in Semester 1 of academic year 2010/11.
