Conference: Party Politics in Russia - Friday 25th June 2010

On 25th June 2010 the University of Birmingham will host a one-day conference on ‘Party Politics in Russia’. The conference brings together many of the leading scholars on post-Soviet Russian politics in the UK and Ireland. Speakers include:

Professor Richard Sakwa, School of Politics and International Relations, University of Kent.

Professor Stephen White, Department of Politics, university of Glasgow.

Dr Cameron Ross, Reader in Politics, Department of Politics, University of Dundee.

Dr Edwin Bacon, Reader in Comparative Politics, Birkbeck College, London.

Dr Luke March, Senior Lecturer in Soviet and Post-Soviet Politics, Department of Politics and International Relations, University of Edinburgh.

Dr Derek Hutcheson, Lecturer in European Politics, School of Politics and International Relations, University College Dublin.
